Ako Hiko Toolkits

Hi my name is Joy from Wesley Intermediate School and today I went to the Akohiko Student Toolkits. I participated in two activities and my friends and I instructed the last session.

During our first session we learn't how to use a green or blue screen using a app/site called 'wevideo'. We created short films using wevideo and a blue screen. Ingrid , Helene, Millie & I created a Hilarious breaking news comedy video using the blue screen. Due to the short session, we never got to finish the whole video. It was a fun and enjoyable session.

During our second session we learn't how to make animations on google slides. We picked images and made them move ever so slightly. I had a lot of fun doing making animations and seeing what everyone else had made.

During the last session my friends Ingrid, Helene, Millie and I presented our session/toolkits. We taught them how to make animations using stop motion.  Stop motion is an app we have on our laptops and is fun and easy to use. We told everyone in that session what it was how to use it what to do  and even showed them a demonstration. We showed them the quick example we made and ended up making another one which we made in under half an hour which we showed to them as well.
